Typical responsibilities:

• Curate a varied selection of handcrafted cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails, and other specialty beverages with care and flair, using top-quality ingredients, techniques, and garnishes. Keep innovating and introducing fresh and enticing drink creations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer assistance by warmly welcoming visitors, engaging in friendly and professional discussions, and understanding their preferences. Offer personalized recommendations and suggestions that cater to their tastes for an enjoyable and customized experience.
• Serve beverages promptly and accurately, making sure to prepare all orders according to company standards and any unique customer preferences.
• Express a comprehensive knowledge of classic and modern mixology techniques, encompassing a variety of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and mixers. Keep yourself informed about the latest trends and advancements in the mixology landscape.
• Maintain a spotless and orderly bar setting, making sure that all glassware, utensils, and tools are sanitized and at hand. Comply with safety and cleanliness guidelines, including the proper management and storage of ingredients.
• Safe alcohol service training certification is granted to individuals who have completed the training course with satisfactory results
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to maximize operational efficiency and ensure a cohesive customer experience. Provide assistance during busy periods and lend a hand in other parts of the business when needed.
• Accurately handle customer payments, practice responsible cash management, and ensure the security of the cash register, while also documenting sales, tips, and inventory to support effective management and financial openness.

The essential requirements and abilities:

• Expertise in managing a wide variety of bar and wine service options
• Skill in elegant dining settings
• The job requires individuals to be capable of lifting, carrying, and handling beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment that may weigh up to 50 pounds
• The capacity to effectively communicate and attentively listen to managers, colleagues, and guests is important.
