Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Supervisor:

• Complete all responsibilities of restaurant staff as the situation demands.
• Help management to achieve operational milestones and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Verify that the food and drink preparation complies with the quality and brand guidelines.
• Effectively getting across the shift’s priorities, goals, and outcomes to team members is vital for success.
• Provide timely and helpful feedback to team members as a way to coach and support them during the shift.
• Assist in the guidance and improvement of newly added team personnel.
• Oversee compliance with policies regarding safety, security, and profitability.
• Collaborate with oncoming shift leaders for a seamless shift turnover.
• Guarantee the observance of food safety standards and oversee inventory management throughout the shift.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and motivate team members to do so as well.
• Manage team schedules and oversee cash transactions in adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Supervisor:

• Proficient in general computer skills and competent in using spoken and written English.
• It is advantageous to have past experience in leading teams within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
• Competence in working collaboratively and motivating team members within a quick-paced environment.
• Having a favorable demeanor, dependableness, and a readiness to gain new insights and adjust accordingly.
