Shift Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Lead, you will guide and support team members to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational excellence, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. You will actively participate in store operations while mentoring team members to grow their skills and advance their careers.

• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and workstations.
• Prepare products according to quality and safety standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities daily.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members both in person and over the phone.
• Perform basic calculations, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.
• Direct activities, assign tasks, and support team members during shifts.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols in the store.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and bend as required.
• Hand-eye coordination and motor skills for handling equipment and preparing food.
• Ability to work under stress and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in team leadership or supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pizza-making equipment and store operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
