Job Summary of Regional Supervisor:

This role is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. The position ensures operational excellence, employee development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across several units. It requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to guide management teams toward achieving organizational goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Supervisor:

• Coach and develop management teams to successfully lead individual restaurants.
• Communicate company goals, expectations, and initiatives, ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for restaurant managers and supervisors.
• Promote a culture of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational systems, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing long-term solutions.
• Analyze financial results and drive improvement in key performance metrics.
• Support new product launches, marketing initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Recognize high performance, share best practices, and foster collaboration across the region.
• Maintain flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Regional Supervisor:

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to influence business outcomes.
• Proven success in leading multi-unit operations and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to attract, recruit, and retain top leadership talent.

Salary:

• Base salary starting from $60,000 annually.
• Monthly performance based bonuses of up to $1,600.
