Description:

As a General Manager at Hardee's, you will take full ownership of your restaurant's operations and financial performance. This is a top-tier leadership role that requires you to oversee every aspect of the business, from team management and training to financial reporting and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating a positive, motivating environment for your staff and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You will be the key decision-maker, leading by example to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the entire restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Direct all daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing consistent adherence to company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
Oversee all restaurant activities in a leadership capacity, managing and mentoring the entire team.
Recruit, hire, and train all staff members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the company.
Cultivate a positive and respectful work environment for all employees.
Analyze and manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to meet and exceed business goals.
Supervise and audit all cash handling procedures, including daily deposits and financial reports.
Lead regular team meetings to communicate performance goals, new promotions, and safety protocols.
Ensure the workplace is safe and compliant by enforcing all company-wide HR, sanitation, and security policies.
Prepare and submit all required financial reports, schedules, and administrative records with accuracy and timeliness.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 18 years of age.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing a team.
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage profit and loss statements.
