Role and Responsibilities:

As a District Leader, you will oversee multiple Burger King restaurants to ensure operational efficiency, team development, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for implementing business strategies and ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Lead restaurant teams to achieve performance targets and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and food quality procedures
• Coach and mentor General Managers to build high-performing teams
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans where necessary
• Oversee staffing, training, and development across the district
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure exceptional guest service across all locations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management
• Strong knowledge of operational processes and food safety standards
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-unit teams
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous multi-unit management experience in quick-service restaurants
• Experience working with performance metrics and financial reporting
