Responsibilities of Prep Cook:

• Establish and nurture productive functional relationships with employees at IHOP.
• Adhere to the specifications detailed in the IHOP SOP manuals when cooking meals.
• Commit to memory and implement the distinct IHOP kitchen jargon, presentation styles, dish options, operational methods, kitchen equipment, shorthand, and procedures.
• Ensure that your workstation remains tidy and sanitized.
• Ensure that you follow the health, sanitation, and safety regulations established by your local authorities and SOPs.
• Follow the IHOP guidelines for uniforms and personal presentation as specified in the SOP instructions.
