Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Manager:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage restaurant associates to deliver quality service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and inventory.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
• Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and problem resolution.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and career development programs.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Manager:

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50 - mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
