Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Leader, you will manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, team productivity, and adherence to company standards. You will lead by example, provide hands-on support, and resolve operational challenges to drive business success.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in restaurant management.
• Experience working in fast-food establishments.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Spanish is beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and proficiency with computerized register systems.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations and manage multiple workstations.
• Reliable transportation for work duties and company functions.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and adapt to varying temperatures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
