Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will maintain sanitation and organization in the kitchen while supporting both culinary and service teams for smooth operations.

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy dishwashing station in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is stocked with clean plates, bowls, and essential cooking equipment to support restaurant operations.
• Create a hygienic and organized workspace by properly disposing of trash, recyclables, and kitchen waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to facilitate smooth workflow and an effective guest experience.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties, including wiping countertops and performing sweeping and mopping tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or cleaning role is beneficial.
• Ability to follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
