Cleaning Crew

Role and Responsibilities of Cleaning Crew:

• Provide support to management to help them achieve and maintain outstanding cleanliness and equipment maintenance within the restaurant.
• Maintain the fryers by filtering the oil daily to prolong their lifespan.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment is spotless, scrub windows indoors and outdoors, restock inventory in storage rooms, and sanitize restrooms.
• Two instances per week, handle unloading tasks for the delivery truck.
• Remove and clear the waste.
• Change light bulbs.
• Keep the HVAC/exhaust units clean and clear the roof of any accumulated debris.

Required Skills and Experience of Cleaning Crew:

• Readiness to acquire skills and conduct maintenance tasks on physical infrastructure.
• Talent for working jointly within a fast-moving team context.
• Reliability and commitment play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards.

Preferred Qualifications for Cleaning Crew:

• Experience in maintenance and janitorial work can be beneficial but is not a mandatory qualification.
• Profound problem-solving capabilities and adept organization skills.
