Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cashier Associate, your primary role is to provide excellent customer service and support operational duties to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with a smile, take orders, handle payments, and address customer concerns professionally.
• Complete transactions using cash registers or POS systems and use persuasive selling techniques to boost purchases.
• Ensure order accuracy and prepare and package food and beverage items for takeaway.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, counters, food prep areas, kitchenware, dining spaces, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with unloading and organizing inventory according to needs.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations, including front counter service, Drive-Thru, and food preparation.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Follow Burger King's uniform and grooming standards.
• Resolve restaurant issues efficiently to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Develop team skills and collaborate effectively to achieve objectives.
• Communicate positively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Handle tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be known for reliability and dependability.
• Possess basic proficiency in written communication, mathematics, and interpersonal skills.
• Have consistent and dependable transportation for commuting.
