Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and drink items for sale, ensuring they are packaged appropriately.

• Handle returns and process refunds as needed while addressing customer concerns professionally.
• Assist in unloading inventory and restocking items to maintain proper stock levels.
• Follow any additional tasks assigned by the Manager on duty.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.
• Exhibit integrity and honesty while promoting the values of Popeyes in all interactions.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following proper lifting techniques and maintaining cleanliness.
• Adapt quickly and efficiently to the fast-paced nature of the restaurant environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive rapport with both guests and team members.
• Be open to learning various aspects of restaurant operations and taking on multiple stations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
