Role and Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests, processing orders, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Warmly greet guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience.
Accurately input customer orders using the POS system while maintaining speed and precision.
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, sauces, and ongoing promotions to make personalized recommendations.
Handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Balance the cash register and reconcile payments at the end of each shift.
Keep the guest-facing areas neat, clean, and organized at all times.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and compliant workspace.
Address guest inquiries or complaints courteously and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service within the restaurant industry preferred.
Valid Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain one.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
