Job Summary of Crew Member:

This role essential to delivering a fun and high - quality dining experience. Crewmembers may work at the counter, drive - thru, or in the kitchen, ensuring guests receive fresh, cook - to - order meals while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety. Entry - level positions are available with paid training provided.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, drive - thru, or dining area.
• Prepare and serve fresh, high - quality meals efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including floors, tables, and kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, twisting, or stooping.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests and multitask in a fast - paced environment.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate reliability and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Previous restaurant or service experience is a plus but not required.
