Responsibilities of Service Team Member:

• Greeting guests warmly and offering assistance with menu inquiries to help set a favorable tone for their visit.
• Delivering individualized care that makes each client feel important and valued.
• Precisely taking and fulfilling food requests while efficiently managing financial transactions.
• Flourishing in a fast-moving restaurant environment that thrives on collaboration and strong communication skills is a key factor in achieving goals.
• Skillfully multitasking to meet guest requirements within the expected timeframe.
• Meeting the required standards of food safety and cleanliness to keep the restaurant in a well-maintained condition.
• Exhibiting trustworthiness, a hopeful demeanor, and a determined attitude to aid your team members and promote a conducive work setting.
• Adhering to the physical prerequisites mandated by the role, which could consist of standing for prolonged periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting weights of up to 55 pounds, and carrying out customary duties in a restaurant environment while considering the possibility of reasonable modifications.

Qualifications of Service Team Member:

• Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
