Role and Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead, you will assist in the management of specific areas of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring that the restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by management. You will be responsible for managing shifts, training, cash handling, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all Food Safety and company policies are in compliance. You will supervise, coordinate and delegate the execution of operations tasks to ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures to Delight Every Customer. Key responsibilities include:
