Qualifications

• Capable of handling the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting, and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the pristine cleanliness and systematic organization of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, cooking equipment, and workstations.
• Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely, guaranteeing that all dishware, glassware, and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist in the proper storage and systematic rotation of food products and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Provide essential support to the culinary team by undertaking various preparation tasks as needed, such as washing, peeling, and precise cutting of ingredients.
• Execute proper disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with established environmental procedures.
• Rigorously adhere to all operational guidelines, safety protocols, sanitation standards, company policies, and relevant federal/state/local regulations.
• Proactively identify and promptly address any cleanliness or maintenance concerns within the dining area or restrooms.
• Collaborate seamlessly with all team members to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of restaurant operations.
• Assist with the careful receipt and organized storage of deliveries, ensuring all incoming items are placed correctly.
