Role and Responsibilities:

Within the capacity of Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities include guiding and supporting a team devoted to delivering excellent service and upholding superior food standards. Your task is to foster a skilled workforce and create a positive work environment where all members can flourish.

• Direct the daily running of the restaurant to secure customer approval and satisfaction
• Foster a collaborative environment by training, motivating, and backing up team members effectively
• Encourage a positive and accepting environment for all staff members to thrive in
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to its standards for cleanliness and quality in all areas
• Aid in achieving benchmarks for sales and financial success
• Execute duties like managing deposits and coordinating shift operations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prospective candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in leading teams within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail fields
• Capable of developing and sustaining a collaborative team dynamic
• Devotion to ensuring exceptional customer service and excellent culinary offerings
• Animated, truthful, motivating, and fervent style of leading
• Established competency in setting and maintaining exceptional performance standards
• To be considered, candidates must be over 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have a clear driving record, and hold at least one year of driving experience in the U.S.
• Secure transportation alternatives (excluding public transit)
