The Baker holds a vital role in making yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty sweets, and other baked goods fresh and delicious. Attention to detail in maintaining freshness, efficiency, hygiene, and orderliness is always a top priority for the Baker in their daily tasks.

Food Production:

• Designs artisanal yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and a variety of baked treats.
• Creates breakfast pastries during weekends to fulfill production requirements.
• The effective application of the buffet production system is essential to ensure quality assurance and compliance with shelf life standards.

Operational Excellence:

• Strives to provide bakery products that consistently meet the criteria of being fresh, delicious, visually appealing, and appropriately heated when served.
• Ensures quality control by adhering to Golden Corral recipes and guidelines when preparing all menu items.
• Maintains proper division of ingredients and portioned servings.
• Adhere to the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide for best practices.

Guest Service:

• Shows kindness and politeness towards visitors while helping them with pastries.
• Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Practices duty roster management to ensure adherence to cleanliness, service, and quality protocols.
• Adheres to regulations set by the regional health authority.
