Responsibilities:

• Olive Garden Bartenders are central to guest satisfaction and service delivery, significantly impacting the overall dining occasion.
• You will be tasked with mixing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, strictly following established recipes and all guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure the bar area is consistently tidy, fully stocked, and organized, including all necessary glassware, ingredients, and bar tools.
• Interact with patrons in a warm and professional manner, taking drink orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions, managing both cash and credit card payments.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring all bar equipment and serving spaces are kept immaculate.
