Role and Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction. You will coach and develop team members, resolve customer concerns, and ensure operational standards are consistently met.

• Lead front-of-house operations to guarantee a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every customer
• Support, coach, and train team members to deliver excellent service and meet performance standards
• Monitor service metrics and address opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and staff development to maintain strong service coverage
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and food handling guidelines
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to achieve service, sales, and profitability goals
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams toward excellent customer service
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable analyzing service performance and implementing improvements
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting

• Experience managing high-volume restaurant or hospitality environments
• Proven success in customer relations and service recovery
