Qualifications:

• Enrollment in high school is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the workplace is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include early morning opening or late-night closing shifts.
• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced kitchen environment, often around heat and cooking equipment.
• Must be able to safely lift 50 to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold all company guidelines for exceptional Guest service, taking proactive steps to ensure every customer receives SUPERSTAR Service.
• Efficiently and accurately work assigned station(s) (e.g., drive-thru, register, cooking), maintaining cleanliness and keeping the area fully stocked.
• Ensure that all prepared items are hot, fresh, and delivered promptly; products must be prepared, packaged, and assembled precisely according to Menu Standards.
• Strictly adhere to all company food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to guarantee the health and safety of guests and colleagues.
• Follow all cash control procedures to minimize waste and properly manage restaurant resources, including careful use of supplies, products, and equipment.
• Demonstrate strong oral communication skills, ensuring effective and clear interaction with both internal team members and external customers.
• Perform any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management in response to changing business needs.
