Utility Worker

Role and Responsibilities of Utility Worker:

• Support management in their endeavors to achieve and sustain exceptional cleanliness and equipment maintenance in the restaurant.
• Keep the fryers in top condition by ensuring the oil is filtered daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness, shine windows both internally and externally, manage stockrooms, and maintain restroom hygiene.
• Conduct unloading of the delivery truck twice every week.
• Discard and clean out the trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Ensure the cleanliness of HVAC/exhaust units and clear the roof from any debris.

Required Skills and Experience of Utility Worker:

• Capability and willingness to undertake physical maintenance duties.
• Capability to perform together within a fast-paced team dynamic.
• The steadfast dedication to cleanliness and equipment standards underscores reliability and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications for Utility Worker:

• Although past experience in maintenance or janitorial positions can be helpful, it is not a strict requirement for the role.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills showcased.
