Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and light lifting.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all guests upon their arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Accurately manage waitlists and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
• Assist guests with any special needs or requests, coordinating with servers and management as necessary.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and provide general information about the restaurant.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Proactively identify and address any guest concerns or issues, escalating to management when appropriate.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Distribute promotional materials or special offers to guests as directed.
