Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Systematically maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all kitchen zones, encompassing floors, walls, essential equipment, and individual workstations.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment with efficiency and utmost safety, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and cutlery are meticulously cleaned and thoroughly sanitized.
• Provide crucial assistance with the proper storage protocols and effective rotation of all food items and kitchen supplies to actively minimize waste.
• Offer vital support to the culinary brigade by executing diverse preparatory tasks as required, such as the washing, peeling, and precise cutting of vegetables.
• Ensure the proper disposal of all trash and recyclables in strict accordance with established company procedures.
• Adhere rigorously to all operational, critical safety, and comprehensive sanitation standards, encompassing all company policies, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Proactively identify and promptly address any cleanliness or minor maintenance issues observed within the dining area or public restrooms.
• Collaborate seamlessly with all team members across departments to guarantee smooth and highly efficient restaurant operations.
• Provide assistance with the careful receiving and organized arrangement of all incoming deliveries, ensuring every item is correctly stored.
