Responsibilities

• Ensure the immaculate cleanliness and systematic organization of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, equipment, and workstations.
• Operate dishwashing machinery effectively and safely, guaranteeing all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
• Assist with the proper stocking and rotation of food ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Provide essential assistance to the culinary team by executing various preparatory tasks as needed, such as washing, peeling, and dicing produce.
• Manage the correct disposal of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with established guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to all operational, safety, and sanitation protocols, company policies, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance concerns within the dining area or restrooms.
• Collaborate seamlessly with all team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
• Aid in receiving and organizing incoming deliveries, ensuring all items are correctly stored and accounted for.
