Role and Responsibilities:

As a Check-Out Associate, your primary focus is providing exceptional customer service and assisting with daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment. Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly, record their orders, handle payments, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Conduct sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems and apply upselling techniques to increase revenue.
• Verify the accuracy of customer orders and package food and beverages for takeout.
