Responsibilities

  • As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of delicious food with exceptional service in a pristine environment.
  • You will undergo thorough training encompassing customer engagement, food preparation techniques, equipment operation, technology utilization, and adherence to Brand and Mitra Standards.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee and ensure every customer encounter is outstanding by fostering warm greetings, promoting prompt and efficient service, and guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality food with a friendly demeanor.
  • Food Safety Leadership: Uphold and enforce all food safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of our customers.
  • Food Production Oversight: Supervise and participate in the preparation and cooking of food items in strict accordance with our established standards.
  • Professional Presentation: Ensure all team members maintain a professional appearance, representing the restaurant positively. This includes adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
