Role and Responsibilities:

As a Burger King Cook, your role involves guiding the team to ensure guests receive outstanding service and overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Your success hinges on inspiring, assisting, and enabling staff members.

• Demonstrate integrity through genuine communication and cultivating a culture of regard, confidence, and responsibility.
• Delegate responsibilities like tidying up, tasks for the production line, and responsibilities for opening and closing procedures throughout shifts.
• Offer guidance and coaching to team members to support their development and enhance their productivity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Capability to perform necessary tasks in a restaurant setting, such as standing for long periods, lifting objects, bending, squatting, reaching for items, as well as cleaning duties like sweeping and mopping, and being comfortable working in different temperature conditions.
• Ability to be available for work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• You have dependable transportation and flexibility to work extended or unpredictable hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Completion of a restaurant management program at a college or through coursework.
• Demonstrated experience in fast-food establishments for a minimum of half a year.
• Demonstrating effective leadership abilities while being recognized as a dependable and accessible mentor.
• Having a drive to motivate oneself, maintaining a favorable outlook, and dedicated to acting ethically.
