• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work legally within the United States
• Proven ability to manage cash floats, accurately make change, and process transactions
• Skilled in utilizing navigation tools (GPS) and precisely following specialized delivery instructions
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer-focused demeanor
• Physically capable of safely lifting and carrying insulated delivery bags (up to 50 pounds)
• Exceptional reliability, consistent punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including peak evening hours, weekends, and all holidays

Responsibilities:

• The primary mission is the guaranteed delivery of every order hot, fresh, and accurate ensuring each customer interaction is positive
• You will expertly navigate the service area, optimize delivery routes for speed, and accurately complete payment processing upon arrival
• This position goes beyond driving; it requires representing the Papa John's standard of service with a professional, engaging attitude focused on achieving top-tier customer satisfaction
• Serve as a key contributor to the team's reputation, continuously upholding the standards established by our brand, one timely delivery after another
• Safely and quickly transport Papa John's products to residences and businesses within the designated zone
• Confirm order contents are correct and efficiently handle all payments (both cash and electronic methods) at the customer location
• Provide exceptional customer service during every drop-off, leaving a memorable and positive final impression
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentable condition of your designated delivery vehicle
• Assist with essential store tasks when not on a delivery run, such as preparing pizza boxes, managing phone orders, or light maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain strict compliance with all local traffic laws and internal company safety protocols
• Maintain clear, effective, and continuous communication with kitchen staff and shift management
• Proactively plan and adjust delivery routes to maximize efficiency, minimizing travel time and ensuring prompt service
