Overview of responsibilities: Aid in arranging, running, and tidying up the inside and outside of the eatery; washing, putting away, and restocking all dinnerware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, cooking pots, pans, and other small equipment for the eatery. Accurately cleans and upholds the dishwashing machinery. Maintains the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the dishwashing machine area.

Background and abilities requested:

• The job necessitates standing and maintaining a consistent level of physical activity for a duration of up to four hours without a break.

• The job requires the ability to frequently bend, squat, hoist, and convey items such as dish racks, waste receptacles, and linen bags that may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• Clean, store, and replenish all dishes, glasses, cutlery, mugs, bowls, cooking utensils, and other kitchenware to ensure an ample quantity is available for guest service
