Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Runner, you will oversee store operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will set an example for the team, ensure adherence to policies, and support a positive work environment.

• Manage store operations during your shift, including staffing, cost controls, cash management, and food handling.
• Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service and professional communication in person and by phone.
• Operate and maintain all store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and workstations.
• Prepare products according to quality and safety standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately.

• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to process orders accurately.
• Motor coordination for precise movements during food preparation and equipment handling.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, and reach as required.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Ability to memorize recipes, portion amounts, and follow detailed job aids.

Compensation and Benefits:

Shift Runners have the opportunity to earn profit-sharing bonuses. A full-time Shift Runner can gross between $40,000 to $50,000 per year. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
