The Key Supervisor supports the overall daily flow and staff management of the restaurant, playing a vital part in achieving operational excellence, driving sales growth, and ensuring high guest satisfaction as we continue to grow good together. Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a fast-casual, family, or casual dining establishment is highly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college education or culinary schooling is a plus.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• A passionate dedication to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, business math, and foundational accounting principles.
• Exceptional capability in team building and acting as a positive role model for all employee appearances and presentations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on daily working supervision to team members during both opening and closing shifts, ensuring strict adherence to and continuous improvement of all Company service and operational standards.
• Serve as a role model for professional behavior, actively cultivating a hospitable, friendly, and warm environment that motivates team members to achieve their highest performance level.
• Execute effective shift management to maximize the restaurant's financial performance, focusing on productivity and a strong guest-first approach.
• Accurately open and/or close the restaurant in full compliance with established Company policies and procedures.
• Provide essential supervisory support throughout shifts, including tasks not explicitly linked to the opening or closing procedures.
• Skillfully and effectively manage and resolve guest complaints, ensuring outcomes result in highly satisfied patrons.
• Support the restaurant's success by executing all Company programs, policies, and systems, contributing to profitability goals and sales growth.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
