Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Attendant at Chick-fil-A, your primary responsibility is to provide a clean, welcoming environment for our guests while assisting with daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the dining area remains spotless and safe for all customers. Your duties include:

• Greeting guests with enthusiasm and kindness, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assisting customers in understanding the menu and available promotions in the dining area.
• Exceeding service standards by offering personalized attention and assisting guests in finding a table.
• Responding quickly and effectively to customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards by routinely cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Offering mints to customers as a gesture of goodwill after their dining experience.
• Efficiently managing garbage disposal to maintain a neat and tidy dining room.
• Projecting a friendly and approachable demeanor while interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Promoting effective communication between front counter staff and dining room personnel.
• Adhering to safety and sanitation protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
• Weekend availability, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, is required.
• Ability to handle cash register transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a fast-paced work rate.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a dependable and adaptable attitude towards work.
• Focus on maintaining a positive attitude and customer service excellence.
• Effective communication skills with both customers and coworkers.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs as needed.

Salary:

Employees aged 18 and older start at $13 per hour. Those under 18 years old begin at a rate of $8.65 per hour, based on their experience.
