Role and Responsibilities

As a Food Service Supervisor at Wingstop, you will oversee shift operations, ensure food quality and safety, and lead team members to maintain the brand's high standards. Your leadership and proactive attitude will help create a welcoming, efficient, and guest-focused atmosphere.

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Quality and Safety Oversight: Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee compliance with Wingstop's quality and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, handling issues quickly and collaborating with management to address complex challenges.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Support the General Manager by ensuring daily shift objectives are met efficiently and safely.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one is required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-energy work environment.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain composure under pressure.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
