Role and Responsibilities of Frontline Shift Manager:
As a Frontline Shift Manager, you will be responsible for management of an entire shift(s) of restaurant operations. You will work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. This position involves managing the front-line team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the management team in achieving restaurant goals. Key responsibilities include
Manage the entirety of restaurant operations for a shift, overseeing the workflow and ensuring operational excellence throughout.
Support, educate, and guide employees to establish a high-performing team.
Provide a comforting and inclusive environment for work and dining purposes.
Stay alert and strengthen the enforcement of food safety procedures throughout the shift.
Enhance operational efficiency to achieve store sales and profit objectives effectively.
Remain committed to the QSC standards, upholding quality, service, and cleanliness as top priorities.
Safeguard the fortification of Wendy's brand and estate.
Show a persistent drive to achieve results and consistently meet performance targets.
Make it a priority to surpass customer service standards and guarantee customer happiness and fulfillment.
Instruct, oversee, and reward crew members for consistent compliance with food safety procedures.
Take on the role of Cash Manager as needed, which involves tasks like initializing cash registers at the beginning of the day and confirming cash totals at the end of the shift.
Complete inspections to ensure that the restaurant is suitably organized for opening/closing procedures and has the capacity to accommodate periods of high customer demand.
Assist the restaurant management team in developing and implementing training and communication strategies that are tailored to maximize retention among crew members and Team Trainers.
Administer, oversee, and coordinate the implementation of operational tasks, ensuring alignment with Company policies and regulations.
Support the restaurant management in coordinating crew member schedules to ensure adequate coverage and deliver outstanding customer service.
Control the costs of food and labor to achieve budgetary aims.
Implement company guidelines and procedures in a consistent manner.
Scrutinize food preparation activities to uphold quality standards.
Combine efforts with your team to reach sales goals and boost financial performance.
Promptly attend to customer complaints and effectively manage concerns related to guests.
Required Skills and Experience of Frontline Shift Manager:
The age eligibility starts at 18 years.
Applicants should ideally have a high school diploma or its equivalent and be able to provide all documents required by both state and federal law.
Prospective candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Frontline Shift Manager or in a comparable role, with a preference for individuals who have worked in high-volume QSR or fast-casual dining establishments.
Capability to handle diverse work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Proved ability to guide and oversee your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exhibits a talent for resolving issues and demonstrating sound decision-making abilities.
Prioritizing results with a clear focus on meeting customer expectations.
Strong leadership skills complemented by effective interpersonal communication abilities.
The capability to engage in effective communication with both colleagues and customers is crucial.
Awareness of the necessary procedures and regulations for food safety.
Expertise in managing multiple tasks at once and sorting them by urgency in a quick-paced environment.

Previous involvement in high demand QSR or fast casual dining establishments.
