What You'll Do:

As a Cook at Cracker Barrel, you play a key role in creating the homestyle meals our guests love. Whether flipping pancakes, prepping fresh ingredients, or hand-rolling biscuits, you'll be an essential part of the guest experience.

• Prepare Cracker Barrel's full menu using company recipes and preparation standards
• Master both traditional and seasonal dishes
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
• Collaborate with the back-of-house team and support coworkers and management

What You'll Need:

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced kitchen demands
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• No prior cooking experience required we'll train you!
