Role and Responsibilities:

As a Check-Out Associate, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You'll handle customer interactions at the counter, manage transactions, and support your team to keep operations running seamlessly.

• Warmly greet customers and provide helpful, friendly service
• Accurately process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the checkout area
• Assist with basic food preparation or kitchen support when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 for roles requiring driving)
• Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with guests
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to teamwork
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing tasks and priorities
