Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Crew:

• Aid management in their efforts to achieve and uphold top-notch cleanliness and equipment upkeep in the restaurant.
• Make it a routine to replace the oil in fryers on a daily basis.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Keep equipment clean, polish both interior and exterior windows, manage inventory in stock rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Perform unloading of the delivery truck on two occasions weekly.
• Remove and discard the rubbish.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clear away debris from the roof and maintain cleanliness of HVAC/exhaust units.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Crew:

• Eagerness to gain skills and carry out physical maintenance responsibilities.
• Skill to function cohesively within a fast-paced team environment.
• The dependability and dedication to ensuring cleanliness and equipment upkeep are essential.

Preferred Qualifications for Maintenance Crew:

• While it can be advantageous, having past experience in janitorial or maintenance positions is not a mandatory prerequisite.
• Advanced problem-solving and coordination abilities.
