Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of five years of experience in a senior management position is essential, with a preference for expertise in the restaurant or retail fields.
• Unrestricted availability is essential at all times during the week, covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on the job's needs.
• Proven skill in assuming control, instructing, and fostering growth in others.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal aptitude play a crucial role in personal interactions.
• Promoting a culture of attentiveness towards hospitality, fostering self-reflection, and embracing opportunities for growth are pivotal characteristics to encourage.
• Dependable transportation and readiness to work beyond 45 hours weekly to fulfill job expectations are required.
