Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for cooking and demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining commercial grilling equipment in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• A deep understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, consistently maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, showcasing superior time management and meticulous attention to detail during food preparation.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, or in a comparable kitchen role is highly beneficial.
