Job Title: Restaurant General Manager
Position Summary:
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for leading the daily operations of a single Burger King restaurant (10 45 employees). This role ensures guest satisfaction, drives sales and profitability, maintains compliance with company and government standards, and develops strong teams. Reporting to a District Manager, the RGM oversees Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, while fostering a culture of service, accountability, and operational excellence.
