Role and Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Assistant Manager at Wingstop, you will work alongside the management team to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring product quality, team performance, and compliance with food safety standards. This leadership role involves training, scheduling, and supporting staff to create a seamless and efficient back-of-house operation.
Champion exceptional guest experiences by promoting teamwork and maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with management to oversee kitchen operations, food preparation, and product consistency.
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring kitchen team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to Wingstop's food safety, health, and sanitation policies.
Support the management team with administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and performance evaluations.
Assist with receiving inventory, maintaining stock levels, and monitoring ingredient freshness and quality.
Coordinate and participate in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
Contribute to executing local marketing and promotional activities as directed by management.

Work Availability:
Full-time position requiring a minimum of 42 hours per week during regular business periods.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
