Role and Responsibilities:

As a Guest Service Agent at Wingstop, you will serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, satisfying experience. You'll handle guest interactions, order processing, and teamwork with the kitchen crew to maintain accuracy, speed, and hospitality.

• Provide a warm, friendly greeting to guests in person or over the phone to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Accurately input customer orders into the POS system to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, sauces, and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Handle payments responsibly, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
• Verify that all orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered within the promised timeframe.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain financial accuracy at the end of each shift.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Address guest concerns or feedback professionally and involve management when needed.
• Uphold Wingstop's brand standards by maintaining a polished, professional, and friendly presence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in cashiering or restaurant service is beneficial but not required.
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and accountability in all responsibilities.
