Responsibilities:

• Take charge of maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization across all guest areas, including tables, seating, flooring, and server stations.
• Provide essential support to servers, which includes quickly preparing tables for new guests, keeping drinks refilled, and ensuring a constant supply of our famous breadsticks.
• Oversee the proper stocking and readiness of all necessary dining tools, such as silverware, glassware, and serving dishes, before and during service.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to swiftly clear, clean, and sanitize tables immediately after guests depart.
• Adhere strictly to Olive Garden's high standards for cleanliness and sanitation in all dining room upkeep tasks.
