Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to every customer, as well as co-workers and management.
• Warmly greet all customers upon their arrival.
• Accurately take customer orders and handle payment transactions.
• Assemble food items and beverages precisely according to standards.
• Prepare and properly store food ingredients.
• Ensure the complete accuracy of every order before it is served.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety within the work environment.
• Proactively address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to maintain smooth operations.
