Responsibilities of Bakery Operator:

• Follow the specified instructions to make various items such as bagels, croissants, and muffins according to the correct recipes and procedures.
• Following Dunkin' Brand guidelines, fill, ice, and add desired toppings accordingly.
• Accountable for completing the specified amount of each type.
• Arrange the donut display according to the guidelines of the Brand.
• Prepare both hot and cold coffee batches before the restaurant starts serving.
• Make sure that all equipment is both clean and hygienic.
• Adhere to all regulations set forth by the restaurant, the brand, and the franchise owner.

Qualification of Bakery Operator:

• No education requirement
• Proficiency in fundamental computer operations is required, with a portion of the instruction delivered through web-based platforms.
• Preferred prior baking background, although not required (Training will be provided!)
• Minimum age restrictions might be in place for individuals able to handle restaurant machinery
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities derived from careful analysis, practical knowledge, and sound judgement.
