Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the smiling face that greets and serves customers or the cook who makes things happen in the kitchen. You'll learn new skills, be recognized for your efforts, and gain valuable experience in a fun, supportive environment.

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
• Work as part of a team to ensure great customer experiences
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and customers
• Follow all safety and food handling procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Friendly, fun, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take pride in your work

Preferred Qualifications:

• No prior experience required training provided

Compensation and Benefits:

• 50% off regular menu price up to $14.00 per day while on duty
• 25% off regular menu price when off duty

• Vacation eligibility after 1 year of service for employees working over 35 hours per week
