Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be in charge of general cleaning and dust management in allocated areas of the building. Your tasks should be carried out in line with the approved safety and sanitation regulations.

• Conduct cleaning duties in industrial or office spaces, including floor, stairway, handrail, wall, ledge, and equipment maintenance.
• Complete cleaning tasks in bathrooms and locker rooms as directed.
• Accomplish the responsibilities assigned for minimizing dust within the specified work area.
• Carry out duties that involve labor tasks and cleaning duties, such as transporting supplies and disposing of debris.
• Inform superiors of any issues that have the potential to affect operational aspects as directed.
• Support in other specified responsibilities.
• Adhere to established safety practices and sanitation standards when executing job responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Meeting the educational requirement with either a high school diploma or GED qualification.
• Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in industrial cleaning.
• Awareness of proper cleaning methods and tools.
• Aptitude for grasping and executing sterilization cleaning practices.
• Skill in carrying out duties with minimal need for supervision.
• Capability to perform tasks such as scaling heights, hoisting objects, and maintaining an upright position.
• Openness to working weekends, holidays, rotating schedules, and overtime if the situation demands.
